Brief Answer:
precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is common to have decreased appetite, nausea and occasional vomiting in pregnancy.
Ask her to have small meals at frequent intervals because in case large amount is taken at a time then she will feel indigestion and nausea.
Dry stuff like dry fruits and biscuits in between meals is also good.
Take cottage cheese chunks and pulses in the form of sprouts.
Chocolates and candies also help in improved appetite.
I hope above measures will help her.
This heaviness in chest is basically due to vomiting only which causes alight damage to food pipe internal surface because of gastric acid.
It will be relieved in few hours.
Curd and cold milk in small but frequent quantity can help in relieving it.
For body aches give her tablet paracetamol and ask her to take routine supplements advised by her doctor for better vitality of the body.
Take care
