Brief Answer:
Known adverse drug reactions.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.

Vomiting and itching are noted common adverse drug reactions of Trimethoprim/Sulphamethoxazole occrring in more than 1% of those on this drug combination.

Loss of appetite would be an outcome of vomiting.

If your doctor has prescribed you this for a noted running infection in the background of Psoriasis - you need to discuss with him if these symptoms are severe and debilitating. Do not discontinue this drug without medical supervision as the course needs completion.

Let me know if I have missed out any other concern in your question.

Yet again, I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that you have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.

Sincerely,
