Brief Answer:
Common cold
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.
Child has two vomitings and now has cough suggests that most probably child has got common cold.
In common cold due to indigestion vomiting can occur.
In my opinion, you should start a cough syrup three times a day for 3 days and give syrup paracetamol if fever occurs.
You should avoid cold drinks and junk food from outside.
Child should be advised to take some rest.
Review after 2 days.
I hope this will help you.
Take care.
