Question : My stomach was uncomfortable and I vomited more than 10 sessions for 2 to 3 times from 10: PM last evening to 5:00 AM today. I thought I would get dry heaves and be unable to continuing vomiting for lack of food in my belly. At the end of the vomiting it was all dark brown. Is this anything to be concerned about? I was constipated. Thanks, XXXXXXX

Yes, this is very concerning.
As you have had no diarrhea, food poisoning is hardly possible. That makes bowels obstruction the most probable diagnose. Constipation or rather stool obstruction is very characteristic for this issue. You should have also bloated abdomen, gas obstruction.
If so, please do not wait any longer and consult your doctor as soon as possible (ER visit is advisable). Abdominal X-ray and blood work, abdominal ultrasound should be done at first. You may need urgent surgery.
