Brief Answer:
get him clinically examined and investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that your father is having gastroenteritis and needs medical management. I would suggest that you should get him clinically examined and investigated by your doctor. A stool test and a Complete Blood Count may be helpful in planning his medical management.
He may need an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg. A probiotic will have added benefits. If the reports suggest infection, an antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily along with Metronidazole 400 mg thrice daily can be started after discussing with your doctor.
He should maintain his hydration.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
