Question: Yesterday night in a drinks party I had 7-8 drinks per unit 60 ml. Had a dinner around 10:00 PM. I started vomiting every hour since 01:00 AM till 05:00 AM. Complete 4 episodes of vomiting, I had taken a PAN D and Emeset around 04:00 AM. Again I vomited at 05:00. Repeated the PAN D and Emeset at 05:00 AM. No complain of vomiting as of now bu had 102 fever and buring sensation in urine. I had take a Combiflam at around 08:00 AM and now fever also looks ok. Whats your advice should I go and see a doctor or I will be fine after doing rest.

Brief Answer:
You need to see a doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
You had multiple episodes of vomiting following drinking alcohol and burning sensation during urination probably due to dehydration.
Alcohol itself would have caused severe gastropathy and on the top of it you took combiflam.
You need to see a doctor for a clinical examination and to correct dehydration.
And my advise to you is never self medicate. The way you have taken those medications is not right.
As far as diet is concerned, take bland diet.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
