Brief Answer:
Food poisoning

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Can understand your concerns.

This appears to be a case of food poisoning. Due to this there are vomiting.

In my opinion, you should give more liquid diet to child like glucon D, ORS Solution, Water and juice so that dehydration don't occur.

Also, you should give syrup containing ondansetron (2 mg/5ml) like syrup ondam or syrup emeset.

If vomiting persists then get child examined by a doctor.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Continue same medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.

99 degree is not fever, fever is defined as more than 100 degrees so there is no need to give paracetamol.

For vomiting, continue giving ondansetron for 1 day. Give light food and home based food.

If vomiting persists then get child examined by a doctor as child may need antibiotic which can only be prescribed after examination.

Take care.
