Question : Hi
I am getting lite bleeding for 8 and more days,
My period started 09-10-2015 ended on 12-10-2015 with normal flow and again started on 21-10-2015 with very lite bleeding until now,
I met OBGYN she gave pause -mf but not yet started,
1 year back also had same issue and after Ultra sound and pelvic exam and blood test next doctor prescribed with oc pills (krimson 35), oc pills time everything went normal no spotting at all, but it gave me very vomiting sensation ,
Please suggest
Medical History: PCOD and HYPOTHYROID

Exclude prefnancy

pl do urine preg test. I pill endometrial polyp ovarian cyst and uterine infections are common causes of spotting . pl take tab azirhromycin 500 mg daily for 5 days. if no relief pl do pelvic ultrasound after next periods to look for polyps.
if all ok try tab XXXXXXX 1 daily from day 5 of periods for 21 days and see

Hi

I did Pelvic Test and Scan,found PCOD and I do have hypothyroid also.
Last time I used krimson 35, after stopping the Pills since 2 months irregular periods are coming like prolonged periods with lite bleeding

Pcos is the cause

yes after taking external hormones this pattern can happen. if u are not planning to conceive it's good to take regular contraceptive pill like XXXXXXX to correct PCO regulate periods and give protection from pregnancy. it improves conception rates . or else leave the situation as it is as there is no risk to uterus with this irregularity
