Question: Hi, I am XXXXXXX and my age is 33 years. I am male. Some times I am feeling that My heart is beating in my throat and I am feeling discomfort that time.I am suffering from warm sensation in my Groin area and in between thighs. I am suffering from high uric acid from 3 years. Please provide me solution for above problems. I am suffering from Hypothyroidism from last 5 years and I am taking thyronorm 50 mg daily.

The symptoms you are reporting can occur when there is too much thyroxine in the blood. Thyronorm is thyroxine. The best way to know if you are getting too much is to run a blood test for

TSH
and Free T4

If these are normal it is unlikely your symptoms are due to thyroid.

Then other reasons need to be considered. When I see someone like you in my practice I order the following tests in addition to a thorough physical examination:

CBC
Liver function tests
Kidney function tests
Electrolytes
Glucose
