Question : I have a warm sensation on back of right leg at the top level. What is causing this? it comes and goes off and on but last 2 days more on than off.

Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.Is it (warmth) behind the knee or upper part of back of thigh?
The most likely reason for localized raised temperature is soft tissue/joint Infection.Do you have any painful restriction of knee movement please share?
My suggestion is-Get blood test like complete blood count and CRP.For the time being you may do Ice fomentation,Pain killer like Ibuprofen.
