Question : Good Morning, My name is XXXXXXX My question is I have taken L-Arginine 1000mg and L-Carnitine 500mg and i took Avena Sativa for Testosterone. I took these for about 4 weeks. I have not taken any of these in the pass 2 weeks, now my body have warm spots that travels to my feets, midsection, chest, arms. also in the pass 2 week i only could sleep for about 3 to 4 hrs a night.
