Brief Answer:
Stomach flu

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but it seems that you have caught a stomach flu. I would recommend that you take your temperature and if found high then you should take acetaminophen every 6-8 hours which will help relieve the headache as well.
for stomach upset, you should take omeprazol once daily and ranitidine before every meal to relive the gastritis.
I hope I answered your question.
