I am so sorry to hear about this water coming out of the left eye of the baby. I would like to know its color, for how long this has been going on and if there are any other symptoms like red eyes, pains, etc. Also, send an image to me for review and more insights.

The most common cause of a watery eye is irritation probably from dirt in the environment or a possible allergy. Most of this requires no treatment and usually resolves all by itself. However, I cannot conclude on this with the above requested information. As soon as you get to us with the responses and hopefully and image for review, I would respond promptly with definitive responses and what measures need to be taken to address this watery eye.
