Brief Answer:
ORS,probiotics, tasectan or pepto bismol to add..

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I am sorry for the health situation you are going through.

Having watery stool is suggestive of Gastroenteritis, immediate medical assistance is required.

Increase water intake, mix with oral rehydration salts to replace the lost fluids and electrolytes through diarrhea.

Take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora.
Take tasectan or pepto bismol to stop the diarrhea.

Take antacids to optimize stomach pH as it is reduced when there is infection of gi tract (Gastroenteritis).

If still no improvement, should go to ER or see your physician as soon as possible.

Hope this helps. Wish fast recovery.
