Question : I had cateract surgery and my eyes water allot , what can I do to stop this.

Eyes take atleast 8-12 weeks after cataract surgery to recover fully.Redening ,pain.Itching can be there in operated eye during these weeks and is done run.
Ask your opthalmologist to prescribe you a drop containing antibiotic plus anti inflamatory exam.
