Question : Good morning.
My name is XXXX and I'm 64 years old and in good health. I have been experiencing for the last few months watery eyes, and the skin around my eyes is red and rough.
What type of Dr. do you recommend I see?

Your symptoms are mostly due to allergic conjunctivitis. But better to rule out other causes of conjunctivitis.
So consult ophthalmologist and discuss all these.
You may need antihistamine and anti allergic eye drops.
