Question : my right eye is slightly drooping sometimes and i can hear my sinuses cracking in my head when i bend down , plus i've had continual watery eyes , runny nose and sneezing since winter allergies is this more serious than over the counter meds needed?

i have no phlem or cough but sometimes hear my lungs wheezing

Thanks for your query.

All the symptoms you have mentioned fit with a generalized allergic predisposition with exacerbations. I can see that you are already on antiallergics like Allegra, flonase and anti-inflammatory motrin.

In this scenario I would recommend a consult with a specialist to see if any other medications are required, especially antibiotics. Sometimes infections can trigger allergies and sometimes infections coexist with allergies.

Wheezing can also be an allergic manifestation, for which inhalers may be required.

Overall there is nothing to worry but a medical consult is warranted.
