Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and history needs elaboration to successfully incorporate Dietary Regime with lifestyle Management to alleviate your symptoms.

1. is/are Menstrual cycle Normal?
PS. If your period is/are occurring on a monthly basis, it is best to get the issue addressed rather than ignoring it.
2. hormonal changes may cause lots of unusual symptoms. see your OBGYN doctor for blood work, to determine if you need hormone supplementation or replacement
3. are there any other associated symptoms like: cramping, headache or feeling bloated. ?
4. Weakness may be a sign of too much blood loss. [any history of heavy bleeding]?
5. since females tend to be low in hemoglobin [anemia] thus check with blood picture to determine if low blood is the cause of tiredness/weakness during periods.
6. take: old brown rice, moong/masoor dal, haldi,turnip,rice water, methi,carrot, banana, garlic,honey,butter milk,dried ginger,amlaki, black grapes, pear
avoid: urad dal, beans, citrus fruits, sesame, hinga, supari, mustard, nicotine in any form, over exposure to sun,day time sleeping, undue exertion, excess anger/grief
7
. The best way to counteract menstrual-linked weakness is to drink plenty of fluids, especially those containing electrolytes, to prevent dehydration [which occur as loss of fluid/blood during menstruation] so stay hydrated.
. take 1/2 tsf amalaki churan with 4tsf honey
. drink 1 cup juice of ripe tomato for 1 month.
. eat 2 spoons coriander seeds with 2 spoons of sugar candy
. fry some garlic pods in clarified butter [ghee] and add sugar to it ad swallow
. 1 ripe banana+ juice of amla and twice the jaggery w.r.t juice and eat.

8. Do let me know about any Menstrual related problem and/or gynecologist opinion so that Medicine can be incorporated.

PS.
1. Symptoms suggested by you could be related with PMS [pre menstrual tension] and is common in 30-40 years age group]
. Low salt diet
. regular exercise- walking and abdominal/pelvic exercises
. start taking Vitamin E [Evion] 1 daily 15 days prior to Menstrual cycle and start taking/using Vitamin E rich diet: peanuts, dried apricots, cooked spinach taro root can be taken.

Brief Answer:
Pre Menstrual Syndrome [PMS]

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thanks for reverting back.

1. If there was heavy bleeding it could be due to low progesterone, PCOS [poly cystic ovarian disease], or other hormonal imbalances may be the culprit, a check-up is mandatory.
PS. after you have been evaluated by a Gynecologist and it is determined that dehydration or structural problem are not the cause of your period-related weakness and tiredness, it is important to talk further for necessary Examination & Investigation since you should not be weak and tired to the point where it interferes with your daily life. Your doctor can help you determine the cause and get started with a treatment and/or lifestyle changes.

2. having less/or not getting enough vitamin B6, calcium, or magnesium in diet can increase your chances of getting PMS. High stress, a lack of exercise, and too much caffeine can make symptoms worse.
3. Exercise increases the level of Serotonin, which in turn impacts mood and emotional stability, especially 'Hatha Yoga'

4. take kaumarya asav 15ml
dashmool arishta 15ml... i.e. 30ml with equal amount of water [twice daily /after meals.
. lodhra asav 20ml
patrang asav 20ml.. thrice daily with water after meals
5. going by your symptoms, they fall between vata and pitaj type, thus:
take
. 2 parts shatavari
. 1 part tumeric
. 1 part brahmi..take with water, thrice daily

. To decrease pitta and vata, take XXXXXXX thrice daily after meals.

PS. Prescription Medicine 'Evecare' [himalaya] is good available option

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thanks for reverting back
A
. Medicines which are suggested in point 7 [of first conversation] are home remedies and you can opt for any one of your choice, and can replace with another after 15-20 days [at your perusal]
. prior to starting any prescription medicine, Consultation with Gynecologist or an Ayurveda Lady Doctor [Stree Roga evam Prasuti Tantra] is a good choice.
. Vitamin E can be safely started from today onwards.

B
. If there is/are effect of medicine they will certainly have their share of side effects
. taking assav/arishta on empty stomach causes stomach irritation
. taking dose more than prescribed can cause nausea/vomiting, pain throat
. taking assav/arishta without mixing with water may cause giddiness

C
.Prior to start the medicines, evaluation and examination is deemed necessary.

D
Medicines which have been prescribed to you are COLD [Sheeta] in Potency, so you can safely use them in summers, moreover they are medicated and to be mixed with water which dilutes the Hot potency of Drugs mixed in the formula.

E
If examination/investigation done afterwards come normal, I'll be happy to inform about the right dosage and time period of said medicines.
