Question : My husband is 58 and had a vasectomy 22 years ago and has been experiencing pain in his penis and a weak urine stream.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in penis with with weak stream at age of 58 should be evaluated for prostate enlargement, infection and urinary tract infections. Vasectomy of 22 years old history is not that significant here. Your husband needs baseline work up like routine exam, blood profile check up and prostate check and the further management will be tailored accordingly.
