Thanks for the query
Weakness after sex could be reduced free testosterone or post orgasmic illness. The latter is believed to be due to allergy to sperms . You should get a Morning Total testosterone level between 8-10AM , SHBG and Serum Albumin levels done Please get a total PSA level as well in case you need HRT .
