Brief Answer:
Relevant tests suggested.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, XXXXXXX

I understand your concern.

Many of your symptoms likely point to underlying nutritional cause-preferably an unrecognized Iron deficiency anemia for your age and sex.

The tests I would recommend to you considering your symptoms at young age are-

1.CBC with differential counts.

2.Serum Iron studies-Serum iron, ferritin, transferrin, %transferrin saturation and RDW(red cell distribution width).

3.Serum B12.

4.Serum Vit D.

5.Serum total protein and Albumin.

6.Serum calcium levels.

7.An ultrasound abdomen(in case you have any irregularities in your menstrual cycle).

8.Complete thyroid profile.

These tests will largely help to formulate the cause and therapeutic options.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
