Question : Hello Doctor,

My father 59years of age, he was feeling weakness since last couple of weeks. We got some tests done based on Doctor's advise. I am attaching reports please can you advise what exactly is the problem. Is it something serious.

Hi,

Perhaps you might explain his symptoms further. The reports revealed elevated creatinine. Though it is not alarming, it cannot be ignored. It should be evaluated further.

May I know if he has diabetes, high blood pressure, previous medical condition including renal disease.

In this context, if there is no other positive medical history, he should visit his physician / nephrologist and continue further evaluation.
