Brief Answer:
Paracetamol 500 mg twice daily and analgesic gel
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
The symptoms might be resulting from hypoglycaemia. I would ask you to go random blood sugar investigation.
As you will be fasting, I would suggest you to stay out of sun as much as possible and restrict your daily activities , this will help in conserving your energy. Try not to get yourself dehydrated.
Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg twice daily for three days. You can apply analgesic gel or spray to the affected part, which will help in addressing the pain.
Hope this helps.
If you have further queries, I'll be glad to clarify them.
