Brief Answer:
Continue Pantocid
Detailed Answer:
Hello, XXXX.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
The feeling of weakness and nausea is due to the drug SECNIL and not Pantocid.
In fact Pantocid protects you against the gut irritation by SECNIL.
All I advice you is to continue PANTOCID-D instead of plain Pantocid. This will protect you and make you more relieved.
Continue PANTOCID-D until you finish SECNIL.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you

Hello, XXXX.
I can certainly understand your concerns.
This weakness is referred as post antibiotic fatigue.
This side effect vcan occur in few sensitive individuals. It will subside shortly, nothing much to worry.
Other adverse effects of this drug are relatively rare.
I suggest you go with a 5 day course rather than a 7 day .This will help you to recover faster.
