Brief Answer:
Monitor BP. Adhere to medications.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the query and understood your concern.

The feature of bursting of vein with high blood pressure needs concern.
You should get checked for your blood pressure (BP) values and needs to keep with in normal range. As any small leak in blood due to high blood pressure in any of the vital organs like brain or heart may cause high morbidity. To prevent that you should adhere to your medication and maintain your BP. If high BP even with the lipristrol, you need addition of another antihypertensive drug.
Along with medications, salt restriction, diet and exercise will help in maintaining BP.

Soreness and stiffness may not be due to high BP. This may be due to muscular strain. Hot compression, NSAID like aceclofenac and a muscle relaxant like chlorzoxazone or tizanidine will help in relieving pain and stiffness.

I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask if any further queries and I will be glad to answer them.
Wish you good health.

Brief Answer:
no need for extra drug. be relaxed. Check in morni

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Yes. High BP can cause nausea and weakness. No need to take for extra pill as you have already taken one. That will help in managing BP.

If you still feel to be very nauseated with headache or blurring of vision, I would suggest you visit the ER. As your BP medication is not for acute therapy the drug should be taken on regular basis for managing BP. This may not work for emergency condition. Be relaxed and can get checked for BP in morning. Better to keep one BP apparatus at home for monitoring.

I hope this information helps you.
Feel free to ask for any further queries.

Wish you good health.
Regards
