I have weakness and mumness in both lower legs and feet,alcohol may have being the problem which I have stop years ago,I have seen two nephrologist either was helpful nor is the medications that I'm takeing

Increase dose of gabapentin

It is necessary to increase the dose of gabapentin it can goes till 1200mg per day
Discuss with your neurologist the possibility of starting ipidacrinum.
