Detailed Answer:
Hey There,
Dr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX is one of the best cardiologist in India(Among top 5).In fact i am also i his team. So as angiogram is normal it can't be cardiac.
As per your narration it appears that complete gastroenterological examination of your father should be done.
His symptoms are pointing toward gross indigestion causing gas problem. As more gas is released in gut pressure inside it increases leading to tightening and balloon like feeling in abdomen.
Give him a probiotic like Capsule Vizylac once daily for 5 days along with Cap Rablet l once daily for 3 days.
Gastroenterology department of both XXXXXXX XXXXXXX and Medanta XXXXXXX are good.
You can consult Dr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX at XXXXXXX or Dr XXXXXXX Sud Medanta(Better).
As of now before taking the above mentioned medicines i would suggest you to take an opinion from Gatroenterologist on this forum as i am a cardiologist and i don't think this is a cardiac case.
Hope i answered your query well.
Revert back if you have any other question.

today in my hometown doctor shard XXXXXXX is performing echo test..I will share the detail for the same.Is rehte any type of artinary which gets compresses and such things happen.
Brief Answer:
Follow up answer.
Detailed Answer:
Hey XXXX,
Fact is that echo is just 60% sensitive in ruling out cardiac ailment while angiography is almost 99.9% sensitive so unless he has a valvular disease(which would have been reflected during auscultation) echo is of no use.
Still go for echo and tell me what he says.
Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Etizolam and clonazepam are both benzodiazepenes so take only one of them.
There is no use of using isosorbide mononitrate in non critical CAD.
Don't think it cardiac issue.
Follow suggestions of Gastroenterologist.
