Brief Answer:
Can be due to viral respiratory infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to viral respiratory infection. This can give stuffy nose, chest congestion and abdominal pain due to gastritis secondary to viral respiratory infection.
Avoid advil pm as it can increase abdominal pain. Instead of this you can take tylenol cold and sinus or tylenol cold and sinus. You can also take acid lowering drugs like Ranitidine ( zantac ) which will work for your abdominal pain.
Taking chewable vitamin C is also helpful to get recover faster. You can also take warm fluids like tea with lemon and honey, warm chicken soup with pepper etc. Taking steam inhalation is also good.
If there is yellow or greenish mucus or phlegm then you need antibiotics. If this lasting more than 3 days then routine blood test, platelet count and urine routine examination should be done to rule out viral hemorrhagic fevers or secondary bacterial infection.
Rest for 1 week is better. If not possible 3 to 5 days rest should be taken at least.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
