Brief Answer:
Osteoarthritis of both knees.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Health care magic.
I am Dr Ganesh.

1. The most possible cause could be osteoarthritis of both knee - Its due to inflammation in the knee joints due to reduced joint space, bony spur ( osteophytes growth) and causing irritation to the nerve - causing the symptoms like pain on movement, weakness, and difficulty in weight bearing.

2. As symptoms suggest - In your case it could be early stage.

3. To confirm this you may need to get an both knee AP / LAT ( anterior-posterior and lateral ) views of x-ray will be helpful to reach the cause.

4. For your question which specialist - you need to see ortopedician for further followup.

5. For cyst in the groin - possible cause i feel is lymph nodal enlargement, or vascular cause - to confirm the diagnosis, an ultrasound scan will help to find the nature of the lesion and its source and where all its extending. After that treatment aspect depends.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
