Brief Answer:
Possible cervical spinal disease.Require MRI as further work up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

Many of your symptoms are related to cervical spine disc disorder.

This can cause pain down the shoulder and arm.

For further accurate management, I advise you to take up an MRI scan of the cervical and thoracic spine.

This scan can accurately assess the degree of spinal cord compression.

Meanwhile, I advise you to go with following medications to protect your spine.

For this, I advise you to take oral pills of Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg once a day for 30 days and Tab Pregabalin 75 mg once a day at bedtime for 30 min.

These medications can cause large degree of pain relief.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.

Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
