Question : when I give a speech, after about 15 minutes, my voice starts to weaken, mild cough, and I have to sip water regularly to keep going. what can I do to stop this? is there a spray etc?

This may be a mild form of asthma which can sometimes present itself when talking or speaking for extended periods.

An inhaler may help this - typically albuterol. This can be obtained via prescription from your doctor if he agrees that this might work for you.
