Brief Answer:
Low sodium can be one cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello Maam

After reading your medical details i understand your situation. I want to see the blood reports which you have done and also i would like to advise you to consult an ENT specialist once as some test needs to done for the vestibular function of your ear.

Also low sodium can be one reason of your muscle weakness. Just increase a bit of salt in your diet keeping an eye on your blood pressure.

If possible kindly upload the reports. You can do it in your dashboard or you can send it to customer service they will forward it.

Will be waiting for the reports.

Kind Regards
