Brief Answer:
Get examined and evaluated by a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Gradually progressive weakness of both lower limbs and involvement of upper limbs may be due to neuropathy, compressive cervical myelopathy or some other neurological disorders.

Detailed evaluation and examination by a neurologist will narrow down the possibility and help in evaluation plan.

For neuropathy, nerve conduction studies and blood tests are required.
For myelopathy, MRI of cervical spine is required.

Is there any history of diabetes, neck pain, back pain, urinary complains, skin rashes?

Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
