Question : I am 53 yr old healthy active white female. Have felt awful for about 3 1/2 months sick off and on then on again. Recently having labored breathing and bad body aches....not sure what is causing it...

The symptoms could be due to various reasons ( physical and mental exhaustion).
We need to rule out hypothyroidism, diabetes, anemia, vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiencies.
Do you have any change in weight? How's your appetite? Any change in sleep pattern? Any change in bowel habits? D you consider yourself depressed?
May I recommend following tests?
1) CBC, ESR.
2) Fasting blood glucose.
3) Liver function test,
3) Kidney function tests.
4) Urine routine.
5) Vitamin B12, vitamin D
6) Thyroid blood profile,
8) Electrolytes.

Okay, in that case, we need to certainly do thyroid blood works to rule out hypothyroidism as one of the causes of your symptoms. It is good to get the other tests also which I mentioned.
