Brief Answer:
Get fibroscan to confirm if cirrhosis is there or not

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist.

If all the LFT, prothrombin time, serum albumin, and USG abdomen only showing fatty liver then it is rare to have cirrhosis. For confirmation you can get Fibroscan which tell the degree of fibrosis in liver

There are few causes of weakness or muscular pain high blood sugar levels, Low serum calcium, low Vitamin D levels, anemia, or vitamin deficiency. So I will suggest you to get these test like blood sugar, Serum calcium, and serum Vitamin D level and Haemoglobin

Meanwhile I will suggest you to take some multivitamin

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you . Wish you a good health
