Brief Answer:

Needs further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have gone through your query and also the attached reports.

From the serial ultrasound reports, it appears that the polycystic state has improved. However, the endometrial thickness has to be correlated with the phase of the menstrual cycle.

The symptoms you have described are observed with the polycystic ovarian disease, but, clinical and investigative correlation is necessary to diagnose the condition.

Also, I would like to know if the menstrual cycle is regular or if there is any disturbance. Please let me know about any hormone studies done.

I cannot explain the mechanism of action of the homeopathic medication taken since it is not my purview.

Further management can be planned once the condition is properly assessed. Hormone studies including thyroid profile are needed.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care

Regards,
