Brief Answer:
Cushing's disease to be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
Did you mean that she has XXXXXXX hump behind the neck and stretch marks in thighs ?
Would like to know her last TSH and Free T4 rests as well.
Cushing's disease is a rare disease associated with weight gain and development of XXXXXXX hump as well as stretch marks in abdomen. You should discuss about this possibility with her doctor. But please keep in mind that this is not a common disease.
