Brief Answer:
Need to rule out other causes of not gaining weight

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am
Hope you are doing well and my answer will find you in good state of health.

you need not to worry if you successfully completed your treatment for lung cancer, your weight is OK according to your age but here I would like to know about your height so that I will be able to tell you basis on your BMI.

You are taking good diet which you need to take continously.
healthy diet and regular physical exercise will get you few more weight

At this point I would like to evaluate you to rule outany other cause of not gaining weight like
Thyroid or liver disease
Acid peptic disease or dyspepsia
chronic infection like worm infestation or TB and possibility of any other cancer or distant metastasis?

I would advise you for baseline investigation like CBC,AEC (absolute eosinophil count), liver function test, thyroid profile, blood sugar and chest X ray if need be.

In my opinion you should do regular physical exercise as much you can comfortably do like aerobics, brisk walking and swimming or certain yogas.

If your cholesterol and lipid profile is within normal range than you can add little fatty diet like butter, meat, fish and eggs which will help you in gaining weight

Hope this answers your question, please feel free to ask for follow up, I will be happy to help you
Wishing you good health

My Height is 5.6", so BMI is probably 15-16.
EOS AUTO is 0.18 k/ul, EOS AUTO% is 3.7 %
Glucose Level 98mg/dl
T3 Free 2.8 pg/ml

I walk 30 min. a day.

I just completed 7 weeks of radiation treatment, could it be that reason for not gaining weight immediately? I lost 4 lb. during 7 weeks of radiation. Now I'm not loosing, but not gaining neither.

AST 17 U/L, ALT 16 U/L

Do not have Acid Peptic or Dyspepsia disease

Do not have TB

CT scan did not show cancer metastasis

Can just completed radiation still influence speeding up metabolism for sometime after?

Brief Answer:
Food and multivitamin supplements are advisable

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for the details
Your all reports you have mentioned here are within normal range, your BMI is around 16.

It might be related to after effect of radiation therapy
In my opinion you should add some food supplements like protein rich food and multivitamin and minerals supplements.

Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, take small and frequent food
you can take appetiser or soup before taking large meals of the day
Take rest and try to avoid stress and anxiety

If you loose further or don't gain any weight with these measure, You may require appetite stimulants under medical supervision.
If possible upload me scan copy of all the reports so that I will be able to tell you more concretely.
Hope this answers your question, please feel free to ask for follow up, I will be happy to help you .
Wishing you good health and vitality.

Thank you.

Maybe I'm much in hurry regarding gaining weight immediately, still dealing with regaining my stamina. I ended radiation 24th of October and post radiation within my body may still be working?
I just started Volovitamins, because only this brand has B6 2mg, other multivitamins have a very large dose of B6, which in the past my body did not like it.
I take DAILY 2 High protein ORGAIN/ORGANIC NUTRITIONAL SHAKES, eat organic boiled egg, have org. mayonnaise on two pcs. of bread, Liberte Yougurt, org. Kiwi, raspberries, blackberries, avocado, hydrating myself with Pellegrino natural mineral water. I take a little larger meal early in the evening containing org. cheese, scramble eggs a have org. greens with it.
My stomach is a baby size as I would not be able to eat more.

Brief Answer:
continue with this diet, you may require appetite stimulant

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again

you are taking right diet, it takes time to gain weight, first body will try recover the nutritional deficiencies and once it will be fulfilled, you will definitely gain weight.
So continue with this diet and try to do some exercises which will help you by boosting your metabolism and stamina as well as your appetite will also improve.

If your appetite is not good and you are not able to take adequate amount of food than you may require a appetite stimulant about which your doctor knows.

Hope this answers your question

Thank you again, Doctor Hudda

I know of Megestrol Acetate, which I would never take as my body is so purified
and will reject any PHARMA products in a form of all existing side effects I would get.
I'm a clinical and criminal psychologist, sugar pills placebo helped in many of my clients cases.
I'm searching for any kind of remedies except Pharma's products.
I think I need to be patience regarding time for any improvement.
I will continue walking 30 a day as this my body excepts O.K. for now. I was getting the Highest Radiation Possible for seven weeks, driving 100 miles a day myself, and I think my body screamed ENOUGH!
My stomach probably needs time to extend too. I'm an European/American and do believe in the most of natural remedies.
Thank you very much for your help!

Brief Answer:
Take good nutritious diet and wait for 1 to 2 months

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again
Firstly take good nutritious diet and exercise regularly, hope you will be able to succeed in gaining weight.

Try to avoid stress and anxiety, stay cheerful and happy
practice some yoga and relaxation exercise
Mixed various combination of food which you love to eat.

If you dont succeed after all this then only I would advise you for appetite stimulant like megesterol acetate which has side effects as well and you should not take without consulting doctor.

Hope this answers your question, please feel free to discuss further
