If repeat ultrasound has found nothing abnormal, is is unlikley to be due to any significant cause.

It would be very helpful and appreciated if you could provide me detailed description of your symptoms and the duration you have been having them.

Kindly provide me the following additional information

1. Where is the exact location you feel tensed in abdomen?
2. Are you having any issue with passing stools like constipation or loose stools?

Brief Answer:
There is no cause for concern

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX

Going by your description of symptoms there does not appear to be cause for concern. Many of individuals do experience sound in stomach after eating food: It is known as Borbyrogmi sound which occurs due to peristaltic activity of stomach. It is totally normal and there is no cause to be worried.
Weight loss of 1 kg over 2 days is likely to be due to stress and anxiety, which results in decreased intake of water and food.

I would suggest you the following

1. Ensure good intake of clean water: 2-3 liter a day
2. High fiber diet: 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits especially citrus fruits will ensure adequate intake of fiber in diet
3. Avoid caffeinated/carbonated/alcoholic beverages
4. Avoid spicy/oily food
5. Exercise regularly: 30 minutes of brisk walking everyday will imbibe positive energy
6. Test for typhoid - typhidot or widal

Wishing you great Health
