Question : Yes thanks I have had weight loss and night sweats foe 3 months my jugulargastric node is 13 mm with a short axis of 6 mm they have said nothing to worry about should I leave it at that?

Hello,

Get a follow up ultrasound of this node after 4-6 weeks, if its static no need to worry.

Discuss about tuberculosis with your doctor, I am worried about this because of weight loss and night sweats.A tuberculin test and chest xray can help.

Thankyou I dont have tb they tested that can you have lymphoma with lymph nodes that arent "big enough" as they say

No, lymphoma wont present like this.

Hello,

Lymphoma will generally present with multiple enlarged nodes at multiple sites.So doesnt really look like lymphoma.
