Brief Answer:
Probably Diet should be more strict.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!

The difficulty to loose weight is a very common problem that we meet every day.
In these cases a pathology that is associated with weight gain should be excluded (Hypothyroidism, Cushing's disease).

If every thing results normal than a better combination of Diet with physical activity is needed.

You should follow the instructions of a dietitian and if after 3-6 months nothing has changed, your treating physician will recommend you approved medications to loose weight such as Orlistat.

Hope the information will help, feel free to ask if you've any further queries.
Kind Regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
