Brief Answer:
These symptoms indicate eye discharge.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.

These symptoms indicate discharge from the eye secondary to probable eye infection.
This will respond to use of antibiotic eye drops.
I would suggest you to use antibiotic eye drops like Moxifloxacin eye drops one drop 2-3 times per day.

If the symptoms does not resolve by 1 week then I would suggest you to go for eye examination by your ophthalmologist.

Hope this information is helpful to you. Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
