Question : I get these weird purple bruise type spots on my breasts and now my nipple is itchy

Hi, welcome to HCM,
Regular exposure of low heat leads to localized area of reticulated erythema and hyperpigmentation. It is also known as toasted skin syndrome.

Other differential diagnosis comes in mind is Livido reticularis. In livido reticularis discoloration is due to swelling of venules as capillary block occurs due to thrombi. biopsy of skin is needed to diagnose this.
