Question: Hi my names XXXXXXX I have tension on my neck and weird pressure moving through my brain no pain and no headaches.
What might it be?

Welcome to HCM.
If you do not have any other symptoms like headache, giddiness or neck pain, the possibilities include migraine and tension headache- even though you don't have headache, tightness or pressure might represent as headache in your case.
You can try OTC drugs like exedrin and see if it responds.
If not, consult a physician for clinical examination.

Would a ct scan show if i have a chemical in balance?

No.
CT scan will only show structural lesions like clots, tumors etc.
Chemical imbalance do not show up in ct scan
At the present, i don't think you need a ct scan of brain .Once you use the prescribed tablets for some time and yet dont get the desired response, then your physician will probably order for a ct scan of brain
