Question : I'm getting an intermittent feeling in my ears. not sound. Sort of like under water, for about a week. Never when I'm active. Mt blood pressure is very good. 125 over 75. Pulse 74.

Well, this type of sensation is usually noticed in blocked Eustachian tube / eustachian tube dysfunction. Generally it isn't related to blood pressure or a heart ailment. I will suggest you to try steam inhalation trice a day for the next 3 days. Chewing a gum or any other valsalva manoeuvre is known to be beneficial too. beneficial.
If these two suggestions don't help you, I will suggest to see your doctor for prescription ear drops and other oral medications.
