What Causes Weird Sensation When Having Urge For Passing Urine?

Question: During sleep, whenever there is urge for passing urine, we tend to ignore or answer the nature call. In case of ignorance (Without our knowledge), I get some kind of sensation in my head as if an ant is running on my head. It stops when I wake up and urinate in few minutes. With this symptom can we foresee some problem? This has started since last few months.
