Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it appears to be a drug reaction. The area needs to be examined and the possible offending medication should be stopped. These reactions can occur with almost all meds but antibiotics are the most common culprits. Antihistamines and steroids can be advised for now to control the complications in consult with your doctor.

wishing you best of health

Thanks
