I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
The possibility of having a cardiac condition is high.
Looking at the medicines that you are taking, this possibility is defined.
intercourse is an exerting condition.
There is a possibility that the heart functions will not support this exercise.
Therefore, there is a wheeze due to the lungs Trying to get the extra oxygen needed.
I suggest testing a echocardiography and spirometry.
