Question : Hello,

My penis has different color splotches (white and brown) and bumps. Is this normal or should I go see my doctor?

I have reviewed this image and these discolorations are entirely normal. There is no reason to get worried by this. There is no need to see the doctor for this. They are called fordyce spots and are well known variants often observed.

The areas of skin that are brownish in color are also fordyce spots? Specifically on the bottom part of my penis (first attached pic)?
