Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry. This is unlikely to be a cancer .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question and the clinical image you have uploaded. I can understand your concern. Nothing to worry. This is unlikely to be a cancer.
The clinical image you have attached with the question shows congested and granular pharynx. It also shows enlarged and congested tonsils on either side. All these findings, with your history everything suggestive of an upper respiratory infection and not of cancer.
Change of voice and something stuck sensation could be due to enlarged tonsils.
So relax and don't worry.
I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics to treat infection.
2) Analgesics like tablet paracetamol for throat discomfort.
3) Salt water gargling. Add a pinch of salt to a glass of warm water.
4) Avoid smoking, this will increase the inflammation.

You will be fine.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions, I am happy to help you.

Wish you a speedy recovery and good health.

Take care.
